Abishek is an Emmy and Satellite Award nominee Visual Effects Supervisor with 23 years of industry experience in Creative Supervision, VFX Script Bidding, Project Pitching, developing VFX breakdowns and Pre/Post-production budget planning.

He started his career in Advertising and On-Set Film production followed by more than a decade and a half of experience at Industrial Light & Magic bringing expertise in leading global teams across multiple countries.

Over the past years, he has supervised several high-profile feature films and TV series, while building teams to innovate efficient production workflows within ILM and spearheading groups to break new tech boundaries.

One of Abishek's notable achievements was his involvement in the production of "Good Night Oppy." Collaborating closely with NASA/JPL, he integrated VFX work into the documentary's storytelling, forging a symbiotic alliance between the technical brilliance of NASA/JPL and the storytelling magic of Amblin Entertainment and Tripod Media. This endeavour earned him an Emmy nomination for Art Direction.

On the acclaimed series "The Sandman" he teamed up with the Production VFX Supervisor to breathe life into Lucifer's Hell and its demon characters. Staying true to Neil Gaiman's visionary world, he skillfully translated the essence of the original graphic novel onto the screen, earning "The Sandman" a prestigious VFX BAFTA nomination.
